One bedroom apartment

The Sky High Apartment of the “City Avenue” hotel is 48 square meters. It has a king size bed 180 x 200 cm. and is suitable for two people. Two more guests can easily be accommodated as well.  

The apartment is situated on the last floor and part of it has an oblique ceiling which gives the impression of an additional, romantic atmosphere to the premise. The dormers have a view towards a quiet street, while the apartment is perfectly soundproofed. 

On your disposal there are two separate premises: a bedroom and a living room, with working desk and a comfortable chair, with a relaxation spot, sofas, a minibar, an electric kettle, a 42-inch LCD cable TV, and a balcony. 

You have a free wireless access to the internet. The air conditioning system is individually controlled. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a hairdryer and a toilet equipped with toiletries, “Deluxe” class, bathrobes and slippers.
