The room rate includes accommodation, insurance, 9% VAT, tourist tax, and free internet access throughout the hotel. Additionally, guests may take advantage of paid parking, which requires a prior reservation (price: EUR 10 per night / BGN 19.55, VAT included), as well as breakfast (price: EUR 10 per night / BGN 19.55, VAT included).

Check-in at the hotel is after 2:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by no later than 12:00 PM. In case of late arrival after 8:00 PM, please inform us in advance. If you wish to request a late check-out, you must obtain approval and confirmation from the Reception, subject to hotel availability. The reception staff will inform you of the applicable additional charges depending on the type of room you occupy.

Pets are not allowed at City Avenue Hotel.

Each room is equipped with a minibar, which is restocked daily. Any consumption from the minibar is charged according to the posted price list.
